Scope of services

PointsRx provides consultation, strategy, and educational guidance related to points & miles. PointsRx does not:

  • Book awards or travel on your behalf

  • Act as a travel agent

  • Manage your accounts or access your passwords

No guarantees

Points programs, offers, and award availability change frequently. PointsRx does not guarantee any specific outcome, including approvals, points earned, upgrades, or award availability.

Not financial, legal, or tax advice

All information is provided for educational purposes. You are responsible for your decisions and actions, including opening or closing accounts, transferring points, and making bookings.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials private. PointsRx will never request your passwords.

Payments

Prices and inclusions are shown at the time of purchase/booking. Payment is due as described in the booking flow.

Rescheduling and cancellation

  • Reschedule ≥24 hours before start time: free

  • Reschedule <24 hours before start time: 25% change fee

  • Cancel ≥24 hours before start time: full refund

  • Cancel <24 hours before start time: 50% credit toward a future booking (valid for 90 days)

    *Credit is issued after the appointment is canceled and applies to rebooking within 90 days; not redeemable for cash.

  • No-show: non-refundable

Intellectual property

All Website content and original materials provided by PointsRx (text, templates, and resources) are owned by PointsRx unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The Website may link to third-party sites or tools. PointsRx is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointsRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or services. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to PointsRx for the relevant service.
