PointsRx is a 1:1 points & miles strategy consultation service that’s physician-built and designed for real life. Together, we’ll build a clear plan to earn and use points based on your spending patterns and travel goals.

PointsRx is for people with busy schedules who want a thoughtful, personalized points plan without spending hours doing research. Most of my clients are physicians and other professionals, but you don’t need to be. This is for you if:

No. Some clients want premium cabins and big redemptions; others want to lower out-of-pocket costs, take trips they wouldn’t otherwise take, or make family travel more comfortable. The goal isn’t chasing perfect value—it’s about using points to travel the way you want.

My services are strategy and education only. I don’t book awards for you, act as a travel agent, or manage your accounts.

I’m a full-time physician with two young children and an avid points & miles strategist. I’ve built systems that work with real constraints, including limited flexibility and group travel. I stay on top of the latest news and program changes and enjoy the optimization puzzle. After you book a consultation, you’ll receive a detailed intake form. The more information you provide upfront, the more tailored and actionable your plan will be.

Never. I’ll ask you to provide details like your current credit cards, major spending categories, and points balances—only information that can be safely shared.

Yes. We’ll focus first on the highest-impact moves for your upcoming trip, discuss what’s realistic in the short term, then build the longer-term strategy.

Absolutely. If you have a points partner (or team), we can build a coordinated two- or multi-player strategy to take advantage of additional earning opportunities. Your Player 2 (P2) is welcome to join the consultation session.

Yes, I would be happy to provide ongoing support on your points & miles journey. Follow-up consults are available to clients who have completed a Personalized Points Strategy Session (follow-up booking information is provided after your session). If you are a retuning client and did not receive this, please email help@points-rx.com.

Cancel <24 hours before start time: 50% credit toward a future booking (valid for 90 days)
*Credit is issued after the appointment is canceled and applies to rebooking within 90 days; not redeemable for cash.
